Fuel pressure regulator

I have Weber’s on my Caterham and am considering fitting a fuel pressure regulator .. the pump is a Facet ..any ideas on the subject and benefits appreciated

I have both (45's, and a facet Silver Top)..
I have a regulator too.
It basically stops over fulling, due to too high pressure from the pump, and smooths out the fuel delivery.
(Stops leakage around the Weber input ball valve.)
Does it make a lot of difference?
Hard to tell really, as I've always had one.
Set to 3.5 psi, on a 210bhp Zetec.
