According to BBC World Service -

Fighter jets were scrambled as a plane entered the "no fly zone". Turned out to be a Cessna.

Apparently the alert is now over.

Yes sounds like a false alarm , probably some one who objected to seeing George strut his funky stuff the other night i know i was offended by it , the dancing President what is the world coming to
