New build home surveyor Aberdeenshire / NE

I've had an offer accepted on a new build home in Aberdeenshire and believe that a survey of some sort is essential. As it's a new build, I was thinking of a snagging survey.

I'm a blow in to the area and my network of local expertise does not extend to surveyors.

Would anyone have any local recommendations or advice? All comments will be gratefully received.
