Couldn't see a post about this anywhere, did anyone else see it?

I have never seen anything like it before, she is apparently awake which is frankly amazing and just shows how well these cars are put together.

I can only imagine where the car ended up.

Video from another angle here which is frankly shocking how she has come away from this.

Absolutely incredible footage, hope she's ok. Always enjoyed her exploits in the Ginetta's.

Conscious and transferred to hospital, along with a marshal and a few photographers. https://www.autosport.com/f3/news/140154/f3-driver...

Seeing it from that angle is scary.

An awful awful crash - can only imagine some sort of brake failure as she went in so fast. Thinking of her and the guys on the ground.

Stuck accelerator?
Total brake failure?

She was moving at a hell of a lick.

I'm guessing the cause occured before the braking point, hence her speed. When she arrives in shot she's missing two wheels and going backwards.

Read in an article that she lost wheels in a crash further up the straight.

FIA medical statement I just saw on twitter says ‘conscious, vital signs stable. Spinal fracture ‘.

Then oddly adds ‘not fit to race’!!!

Never seen an accident like it. Hoping for the best for all involved.

“Sophia Floersch has been diagnosed with a spinal fracture after her terrifying crash in the Macau Grand Prix, with all the others involved in the accident escaping without serious injury.”

Some very lucky people by the side of the track if the report is correct. Hope Sophia can make a speedy recovery.

Bloody hell. I’d have presumed fatal if I’d seen it live. That was terrifying.

Terrifying. Looked, from one piece of footage, like a marshal had been knocked to the floor by the initial crash and then had the car land on him when it fell to the ground. Update: https://www.autosport.com/f3/news/140161/florsch-s...

Reports that a yellow flag signal was shown in error on the straight and the driver in front of her braked suddenly. She hit the back and went out of control. Clocked at over 270km/h through the speed trap at the end of the straight.
