I'm 16 a right "pistonhead" as it were (and not a bldy boy racer!

I'm new to the forum, just bought a Westfield SE but can't work on it or go to college because I have Glandular Fever, so PH.com is gonna be my home for a while!

Oh and my fleece came yesterday! MMMmmmmmm cosy!

Welcome Graham. Lucky lad having a Westie at your age. Glandular fever? I wondered I suddenly sold a fleece - trade has been quiet over the summer!

The fleece is lovely! Theres lots to be done to the Westfield, I'm trying to find a way to move the pedal box away from me and extend the drivers compartment so my legs can fit under the steering wheel (i'm 6'3"), but I need to get the engine out first!

It's got a noisy cam follower, and is tending to backfire, I'm going to strip it down and rebuild it and while i'm doing that I can fiddle with my driving position!
