Replacement door handles

First time posting on Mini forum so I wonder if you good people could help. Recently while parked in Tesco's some low life scumbag run a shopping trolley into the side of my other half's 02 Cooper breaking the door handle and then buggered of.Firstly if anybody know,s who it was please wish them a slow painfull death. But in the meantime I want to replace the door handle .Question is how do you remove the door panel,I have looked and can only see fixings behind the small reflector and through the large pull handle any clues. Or does it need to go to the dealer.
