Golf R oil and coolant

Hi,
Noticed the oil is low on my Golf R, not triggered the light yet and not been serviced, so picked up the below oil, as I have the car for another five months. From what I understand in some instances this is the same oil that’s used for fixed and long term service and the two oils can be mixed. The car was saying it was on long the term regime, but VW had it down on their systems as fixed. Something to do with the PDI. I’d booked it in for an oil change at my local VW where they said it wasn’t needed and to reset the light. End result was supplying VW garage and lease company saying to have the light reset and they’ll service the car at the 2 year mark. I raised a call with VE head office who advised to follow the advice of the supplyiing dealer and lease company. Calls recorded and I have it in email from the lease company who spoke to the supplying dealer.
Also noticed the coolant is approaching the low level and I’ve read this a known issue and advice is to top up and monitor. The coolant in the car looks more pink/red but G13 has more of a purple look. Is this a case of it looks different once in the car? Don’t want to get the coolant wrong.
This is showing up as the stuff to put in? The purple G13 but I think it looks more like G12 in the car.
