What’s the reduction in value of your vehicle that is directly attributable to this episode and how do you identify and calculate it?

I saw one ad on Fecesbook claiming they get you compensation on up to 10 year old VW diesels. What ever. I think VW's lawyers are considerably better than these social media chancers.

I think a little perspective is being lost here. So frickin what if VW (and other companies) employed an emissions cheat that is only engaged when the rear wheels aren't turning. Big feckin deal. The world has far bigger problems than that. Oh but VW lied to us, they misled us. Boo hoo. People lie on CVs and in interviews every day. Hypocrisy.

Vultures that try and profit on any and every stupid little thing are abhorrent individuals imo.

Who can people sue that were encouraged by govt policies to buy diesel cars that won't be able to drive into city centres soon?

Bet you’ve done a few fraudulent whiplash claims though.

Ever considered a career in crash for cash? Seems like you'd be the ideal person for the job.

Yet in the US they immediately gave owners $1000 and then bought cars back, many with huge mileages, for what people paid for them.

To be fair, the US customers paid less for the cars than we did in the first place so the buyback amounts were quite low... rolleyes
