What does your adjuster look like again?..Is it the adjuster wheel or the lever?

My 400SX is 1989 and has the lever. As it's the Ford column I would expect Granada? At a guess.
Mine is irritating it keeps loosening and needs a tighten.

I have the wheel adjuster, this is also Ford, I only know this because I have just ordered the lower bush for it . Not sure which Ford model it came from ...on the parts site it just says... to fit latter adjustable Ford column..
