Audi S8 seats - uncomfortable..?

I love my ‘14 S8 D4 but find the drivers seat very uncomfortable. Being quite tall I find the seat pushes my shoulders forward and I’ve yet to find a good driving position. And, yes, I’ve tried all the adjustments. So, I’m interested to know if it’s just me or have others had this experience? And if so, what have you done?

I'm not tall but am acutely sensitive to seat position.

Try it a little bit higher than you might normally have but further reclined; I also push the lumbar adjust a shade further out.

Audi seats aren’t great IMO. The top-of-range sports seats I’ve got in the car I’ve got at the mo are OK-ish, the seats I had in the AllRoad before hand were awful. The seats in my Monaro were far superior to any Audi seats I’ve sat in, in comfort if not quality.

I’ve reached an age that, when speccing a car, I start with the seats and work outwards from there.
