Saw a polling station in a pub today which is probably perfect but do you know of more unusual or remote?

Mine was pleasant - we voted in an art gallery that was doing a nude exhibition. Nearly spoiled my ballot paper...

Ours was in a church.

Strange thing is we had to drive past two other poll stations to get to ours

Ours was the local old dears' sheltered housing. They were all trying to outdo each other on the lightness of their cakes. I wish I'd have volunteered to run the place. Tea & cakes all day!

We did have a hairdressers in Ebbw Vale as a polling station...
