SL1200s and an Allen & Heath xone 22.
Haven't touched them in a while but started transferring some my old club / bar sets off MD onto Mixcloud and got motivated again last year. Trickiest part was remembering wherevarious records were in amongst the wall of vinyl but apart from that it all came back quickly, helps that I'm still listening to the music and always mix in my head.

A couple of SL1210s and a Pioneer DDJ SX console which I can fade in if I fancy a bit of digital (have loads of vinyl, but over 40000 digital tunes).
A friend and myself do dj nights at a couple of pubs local to me, and we did a tent at a small local festival last year, that was great fun. Mainly 80s and 90s dance stuff.

Digital consoles are great, and I nearly went for that Roland DJ808 console myself last year.
I've found that people love to see proper decks being used though these days. Sometimes I've turned up without them due to lack of space etc, and used digital only, and some have been really disappointed (not that I'm anything but an average dj).

I've been at it around 18 years now, 13 or so just playing parties etc and for my own pleasure, then the last 5 also doing weddings etc through a company myself and a friend set up.
I enjoy playing on all mediums and I've properly been through the technology mill over the years, but the stuff that gets used for weddings and other events is now very different (read smaller) to the stuff I play on at home!
The heart of it is my pair of Technics 1210s, a big 4-channel Denon mixer and a pair of Denon multi-media players.
When I used to have it all setup neatly before buying my own house
2 x Technics, Denon mixer, and Zomo controller (itself an absolute gem of portability!)
2 x Technics, Denon mixer, 2 x SC2900 media players
Also rented with a friend for a while so it all stayed setup in our lounge- our house at the time was the regular destination for various parties & get-togethers - 2 x PDX 2000mk2s and one of my Denon SC2900s running Traktor scratch.
I've had various smaller mixers over the years- I tend to horde stuff and struggle to resist a Gumtree bargain like this Stanton SK6.
This stuff isn't very practical for travelling mind
For weddings it's all done using a pair of compact, high quality Denon midi-controllers (MC 6000mk2 & MC 4000) and a pair of laptops running Serato DJ and our lighting control software-
we quickly realised taking anything else is madness. I also got very much into the lighting scene (pun intended) with computer-controlled DMX.
I still own everything bar the Vestax PDX2000s and the Stanton SK6 mixer (had to make space cuts when I moved into my own place...), and the Technics & vinyl collection will never go anywhere- and that's not just because they weigh an absolute ton
I started out playing most kinds of dance music, my main loves being classic trance stuff, every type of house music going, happy hardcore, hard house, and drum & bass.
But spend most of my time now rocking out mo-town hits, disco classics, and a bit of Bon-Jovi!
It's great fun though, and I feel lucky in the sense that I've never been exclusively wedded to any one genre of music- good tunes are good tunes

It’s here! After not having much to do with DJing for 7 years it’s amazing what tracks/words I remember “work”, and how much of “HeeHaw Brayks” I remember (I converted it to digital before is old my 1210s!).
I probably understand 10% of what’s going on with the mixer and Serato, but that’s partly why I got it. I think I may have to get a single deck to convert my vinyl into mp3s as I’ve some gems sat there collecting dust, but it’s a slippery slope for sure. Am making the time to use it and so far so good!

Loving it so far. I'm getting back into it after a long break, last time I DJ'd was on 1210s about 20yrs ago, so I'm new to these controllers/CDJs, though I've been making mixes on the computer for about 9-10yrs. Bit like riding a bike, wasn't too long till I was back into the swing of things
It's amazing how it gets ingrained in you isn't it- these days I think I would probably forget how to ride a bike before I forgot how to mix
I still DJ a bit though very rarely at clubs etc anymore, I started when I was 16 on some old Soundlabs then bought some Vestax PDX2000's a couple of years later and used them alongside an A&H Xone 32 for about 15 years, Last year i bought some modern Numark turntables but they're crap so have gone back to the Vestax and run them alongside a Pioneer DDJ RX which is an awesome bit of kit. I still mess about on it for about an hour or so a month and have kept a fair chunk of my vinyl which I can't bring myself to sell, play stuff from across the dance spectrum but mainly house

The PDX2000s are superb turntables. In my opinion a pair of PDX2000s or 1210s is all the turntable a DJ could ever need, they just go on forever and the affordability & quality of modern DVS systems means they will always have a place in any setup.I only sold my PDX2000mk2s as I also had a pair of 1210s and it seemed silly keeping both
