that!! I'm off to the shops for a pair of clippers and an MX 5!!Are they?? The South African couple who live over the road to me have had to stump up £50k to invest in the Oz state market simply because they were 5 points short of the new requirements introduced recently.
Under the old scheme they would have easily passed.
They get the cash back after a certain amount of time (IIRC 18 months) but they've had to change their plans somewhat to accommodate this late revision to the immigration rules.

And why not I supose, lets face it they have demonstrated their lack of any national loyalty already. I've got my eye on an IT position in Oz, which might get closer inspection later tonight, depending on how many Chavs bother to turn out at the polls.
