Fitted Nitrons a while ago.
There standard road spec is 400 / 350 springs with the road spec dampers .
I found the set up transformed the car .The Harvey Bailey set up seemed to be harsh dampers and soft springs .The Nitrons are the opposite.
It still felt a little soft at the rear though.so,I have now fitted 500/450 springs .
It just feels even better, more stable, more Sagaris like .I've raised the suspension a little to.
The combination seems to have completely got rid of the nervous bump steer that the factory set had .

The works set up was 200 lbs/ per inch front and something like 160 rear(157?) .
The initial Nitron set was 400 front and 350 rear.
Currently 500 front and 450 rear, which is definitely as hard as I would consider for road use, having tested quite a bit now.
One of the joys of stiffer springs and maybe 8/10 mm increased ride height is you don't need to worry about tyres touching wheel arches or body hitting the ground .
