The chav car chase is worth putting up with the rest of it.

1st time I have watched it, I found it very funny some poor and crass jokes and some excellent ones too and a few classic tunes too.

I like that film-it has some of the manic tastelessness of South Park.

Also making a serious point-taking the piss out of suburban white kids who think they are black gangsters.

Incredibly bad acting and basically juvenile drivel aimed at 11 year olds. There is nothing in this film that is subtle or that has a message. It makes Carry On films look like a production from the RSC.

One of my mates was in this - her big screen debut was holding open one of the doors at the end
Apparently the main man was great fun to work with.

"There will be a levy of 25p in the pound on panties to discourage their use"

Classic line. Utter nonsense of a film, but easy to watch, and makes use of the best jokes from his interviews.

Cant blame him for "selling out" and making a film, and the chav car chase as mentioned above was quality.

It was even more hilarious when he first emerged on TV - because the wannabe gangsta kids in my school couldn't actually see that he was taking the piss out of them, they thought he was one of them, so they started purloining all the Ali G phrases and actions and unwittingly turned themselves into cariacatures.

Like it or not, you've got to admit that that takes a stroke of comedy genius.

He is in a new computer animated film with animals escaping from a zoo who end up on an island. Looks like it could be quite funny as they don't actually give all the gags away in the trailer.
