Bonnets off, unplug fans, unbolt and remove, fit new, bolt up, swear when you drop bolts, cut hands on fibre glass esp. under finger nails, clean plug/socket and spray with contact cleaner (these corrode so check carefully), plug in. Test, bonnets on. Bolts are M6 so 10mm socket on 1/4 drive.
Drink tea.

Thanks for that Mr Badger, not sunny dry day I will have a go.
I guess it's impossible without taking off the T350 bonnet?

Would think so. Exhaust manifolds in-situ is the hardest most frustrating job, level 6, I have done on a speed six, fans are level 1 by my reckoning.

The uprated fans are great but they are a bit deeper than the standard ones.. I've got a T350C with the vertical Radiator and they didn't quite fit - RTRacing sorted it for me in the end.

It will either be a very easy job or a complete pain in the ***.

Managed to remove old and fit both new fans ! Only thinng I removed was the washer bottle.
Kept bonnet on.lucky the bolts were not corroded or very tight( done less than 5 k mainly totally dry and NO salt).
Seems like the fans are quite a bit more powerful ( was quoted 25%).only lost one bolt as well!
Yes I did get a sharp piece of fibreglass in my finger as predicted.Wheres that tea?drinkdrink
