Since driving back from France on Monday the LR Remote app is reporting the Evoque is still at Eurotunnel terminal in Coquelles with the windows open.

Is there a reboot procedure? I've deleted and reinstalled the app.

Can't locate the SIM card tray to check if it hasn't come loose.

Sensibles suggestions gratefully received.

You could try logging in via the web portal here to see what it says there.

The car may have triggered a theft alert when it moved on the train with engine not running. If this is the case the vehicle location is hidden from the user. You may need to call the Tracking Call Centre from the phone app to reset.

The SIM is embedded so can’t come loose.

Car mysteriously came back on line a few days ago and updated itself with the last two weeks' journeys. Weird.

I had switched the transport mode on in the app for the train. But that's supposed to only last 10 hours and was the first thing I checked when the car wouldn't update and it was off.

Anyway - all back on now with no discernible rhyme or reason,

Mine is not updating either. It's been at the dealership since 8am this morning and apparently it hasn't moved all day. Surely there must be something wrong.

My guess would be there is something amiss with the JLR servers. I doubt the dealer is going to have a clue. I emailed customer services. They didn't have a clue either. Said they would get back to me. That was three weeks ago!

Maybe call the Tracker Centre as suggested above.
