On the way to the I.O.W. from Cardiff my clutch almost became non existant. Crawled onto the ferry which takes an hour to do the crossing and when I got off the ferry, bingo clutch back to norm. Clivef helped to replace the fluid and bleed it, a weekend of driving and no problems. On my return to Wales as I turned off the M4, again the clutch played up i.e. it disengages at the bottom of the pedal travel. I have since found fluid on the clutch pedal, master cylinder dead? or can I get a kit for it?

steve, check to see if the master cylinder is a girling one, give David Gerald TVR a ring on 01386 793237, they are very helpful and should be able to supply new seals and or new cylinder.
looking on previous posts it may cost around £50 for a cylinder.
