My house is 3 years old and we've lived in it 2. My main question is the buiders guarantee, when its really windy the soffits rattle and vibrate something terrible. Is this standard that they're not totally fixed in place or can I get this rectified by the house builders?
Windy in the Naki - when We are exposed and elevated on South side of our place but nothing rattles at all, except the chimney. House was built in 2008. I’d try your builder, or maybe even try and ask the council for advice as they sign everything off. Cheers Alex
We're no Wellington lol. Had the builder round and it's the cheap long run metal spouting causing the problem. So unless I want to fork out for new I'm stuck with it.
