Bend lighting error - AFS

Hi all -

I'm hoping this is a quick answer, I have the AFS error appearing in my Golf R. After a bit of research it's likely to be just bulb replacement - question is, what bulbs are the correct ones?!?

Thanks Patch, both bulbs changed seems to have done the trick.
