Hunt for PCM reader for yr2000 Dodge

I've searched all over for a reader for my Viper GenII PCM, to read off the stored mileage to correct my swopped out faulty Odo/Speedo. Can anyone help please?
Chrysler/Dodge have no UK dealerships any more. Was kept waiting for months by Jeep, who were trying to source suitable kit ...and finally failed. Tried many other garages nearby (Bournemouth location) with zero luck.
