I found this video on another site. Although I think its a generalisation to say BMW drivers act like twats, this is an amusing example of such attitude.

The fellows are in an M5 chasing a couple of Porsche's around the 'ring. The commentary is priceless

Well... I'd say the guy in the Beemer is putting a rather respectable performance, whilst the Porkers are all over the place.

Great video thanks for the link

Great link really demonstrates how accidents can be caused at the ring during public days. Could you imagine having this guy behind you if you were on a bike?

I think the passenger is more of a gobby prick than the driver. However the driver does have his moments.

I did like the the kerbing incident at Adenaur Forst. I was also impressed with the way the passenger was mouthing off about bad lines as the porkers gained about 7 car lengths exiting Wershiefen!!!!!

I was however not impressed at the end when the BMW went to over take exiting Bergwerk. Basic rule of safety on public days is don't overtake unless the car in front knows you are going to. (It's not a fcuking race for chrstsakes you gobby cretins)

PS - Great link, but what a pair of w*nkers.

that was a standout moment! Crap lines eh - did you just miss a gear then?!!

Er, why didn't he ease up and make a bit of space if they were getting in his way so much?

Another class moment at the start - "these people don't really know the line but thats ok" as the porkers had to slow to pass a Saxo. Yeah right.

Not sure if this isn't more US arrogance than BMW driver arrogance, but whatever thos guys are so far up their own arse its a surprise they could even see where they were going!

Hehe - what a pair of tossers! I would have let them pass though - in their 'superior car', then laugh my arse off when I pass them sticking out of the armco
They're just jealous anyway - who in their right mind would prefer to drive a BMW round the 'ring instead of a 911?? Takes more skill in a 911 too as the engines in the wrong place

What Vs. Who ? There was some confrontation ? Didn't noticed it. Maybe Pork vs. Pork.

'Make way for a superior car gentlemen' what a couple of prize tw@s. I think it's a combination of American-ness and BMW owning - surely the worst combination. It sounds like they have done a lot a research into the track but not into track day etiqutte (sp).

I think their arrogance has little to do with driving a BMW. Incredible pair of big mouthed tossers though.

I have not heard the commentary so can not comment on that but surely the Porkers should have let him past.......They were going so much slower it was ridiculous.

The Porsches should have let the BMW through. No question who could lap faster. That doesn't have much to do with the cars in this case.

Yes, the Porsches should have let them through but if the BMW driver had any sense he'd drop back to make sure he didn't collect one of the Porkers if they cocked it up (which he seemed sure they would).
