I could well be wrong, in fact I usually am, but I think I remember hearing that Sunday's Thruxton race would be awarded total 'meeting' points as there was only one race held. (Saturday's race being the rained off race from Oulton Park of course, as entered in the table).

Richard Hay, in his immediate post race commentary reckoned that he was now third which would follow if that were the case. But then again, I gave up trying to guess what was going on a while ago .

This time you're right, I've just got the official points from TVR and they have awarded the full points as follows

Steve Guglielmi 1042
Jay Shepherd 873
Richard Hay 863

Yep, you're right - thanks for pointing it out. Just working on it now. Keeps me on my toes this points system!

Don't worry Ted, it keeps us drivers on our toes as well, for counting the DNF's when we run out of fingers!!!.

Right, had to rework the system to cope with drivers that aren't eligible for points (those that joined after 31st August).

My points now tally with TVR's except for Jan Persson and Richard Stanton, where I think TVR are wrong. Just dropped them a line
