Disappointing LCD screen

Having spent the best part of yesterday afternoon fitting a shiny new LCD screen it was a bit disappointing to see it was the wrong screen colour when switched on and completely blank when the lights were put on. Any one else have experience of this?

Just done this too. Bought the blue version from powers. Have you fitted a standard green version? I had the same trouble at first but it was all down to contrast settings. They were a lot different to the standard screen settings.

Did you buy from Lee Gascoyne?

Hi,

Lee was having some delays getting his screens tested so eventually got one from Powers, as it happened the day before Lee resolved his probs!!
I went for a standard screen on advice from Andy at Powers because of issues that they'd been seeing with the other colours. My problem this morning was that the set contrast settings on the car did not work with the new screen and once I identified this and adjusted them all is well. Free photo opportunity.
