I see the date for this is fast approaching (http://www.vincennesenanciennes.com/2018/05/15/inscription-11e-traversee-de-paris-estivale/).
Does anybody have any experience of taking part in previous years? It says in the Formulaire d’Inscription that is restricted to vehicles older than 30 years but judging by some of the photos some younger ones have taken part in the past.

Only just spotted this so sorry for not replying sooner.
I’ve done the Traversée three times. It’s fantastic but totally bonkers. I’ve always taken older cars (1936 Lagonda and a 1965 Aston) but there are plenty of younger cars that take part. Anything older than 30 years is accepted. You first need to be a member of the VeA but that’s simple.
We are taking a 1989 Maserati Biturbo Zagato Spyder on 13 January 2019.
