On the way to Le Mans in 2005 in my six week old Sagaris this happened. TVR had secured the bonnet using plan nuts. They vibrated loose and off came it came with the service hatch. Happy days not!!

Remember it well!
You had that happened, Tangomans exhaust can fell off his Tuscan, Mad Jon only had four wheel nuts on his Cerbera, and I had all my stuff stolen including passport and race tickets....came home on the Saturday missing the race!
