Who? you may ask, well this is Danica - www.danicaracing.com/
She is racing in the Indy Racing League (known as the IRL). You know the breakaway series which was going to be all oval racing the US way (not like the combined road course and oval CART series which was being dominated by non-US drivers) but has since added road courses because people were getting bored. Anyway she has just qualified on the front row for tommorows race at Motegi in Japan.
