US Attorney? - Help with quit claim deed

My wife and I have divorced and I need to transfer two pieces of property in the United States (one in South Carolina, the other Georgia) from both of our names to just mine.

I'd like to use a quit claim deed for this, there are no liens on either property. The issue I am having is the wording, as I'd like to transfer these without consideration if possible.

Could any one give me a nudge in the right direction?
