Skippered day charters Greece

Hi.
I was planning to take the kids with sailingholidays for a week flotilla this summer. However I dithered and now they have no availability.
So I’m looking at staying hotel in Greece and doing 4-5 days of day charter. I have only dinghy experience, no formal sailing qualifications, so would need a skippered boat. Probably thinking 32 foot or longer.
It's me and 3 teens 14-19y.
can anyone recommend a company / boat etc

Go to Vounaki beachclub with Neilson. They have their flotilla base in a little harbour below the hotel and let spare boats out to beachclub residents - for a price. When it was Sunsail you could borrow them foc, I think Neilson charge about £250 a day, plus, in your case, a skipper. They also do RYA training courses.
You could do a flotilla potentially...go and get a little bit of experience first (literally a weekend) and you should be good to go if you're semi-competent in a dinghy.
Not done it myself (I'm an experienced sailor so only chartering has been bareboat) but I know of a few people who have basically come off their RYA 1&2 and done a flotilla charter.
You can also bareboat with an ICC, and there's a loophole there which means if you are a dinghy instructor (which is easy...I know some hopeless dinghy sailors who are DIs) and have one of the PB tickets (can't remember if it's PB2 or Safety Boat, but again very easy) and one of those two qualifications was done in tidal waters, you get an automatic ICC.
I'm not suggesting for a moment you go sailing without knowing what you are doing, it's just that there are ways around the "paperwork" aspect. Hilariously, I was once refused hire of a Laser Pico at some lake me and the o/h came across on holiday once as I did not have my RYA Level 1 ticket (perhaps I should have lied). I did show the place the online article naming me as the national champion in a high performance twin trapeze skiff class at the time, but that wasn't good enough!!

Not sure if they have availability when you want to go but might be worth checking. I believe (but could be wrong) they have the largest fleet in Corfu/Greece (Sunsail is larger if you include the entire world wide fleet but not relevant if just looking at Greece)
They will let you pre hire a skipper, and are normally flexible enough that you can scram the skipper off if/when you feel comfy. Obviously you need to allow an entire berth for the Skipper and food for them as well. Or you can just hire the Skipper for a day's training.
Sailing in the Ionian in a flotilla in the summer is about as easy as sailing gets. You can navigate by sight (and all the boats have chart plotters), no tides of any worth to worry about, predictable and light winds, warm water, and the skipper's crew to help you moor up/leave/plan your route/support you via VHF during the day.
