Strange question I know - but does anyone have any idea? Google hasn't been much help.

You're sending this from an aircraft toilet in mid-flight after a slightly dodgy curry aren't you? biggrinbiggrin

In that case, it's never big enough.

Good luck! smile

Close - but i shall furnish you with the details so you know why I am asking (warning - it's still pretty weird)

Did a stupid trip last week - Heathrow - Memphis and back in 48 hours.
On the way back from Atlanta I had made good use of the drinks in the lounge and even better use of drinks once I got on-board hoping it would have the soporific effects i required.

Anyway the aircraft sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes whilst everyone was buckled in, seatbelt light on, toilets out of use. I was busting for a piss so bad it became all I could think about - I was close to hallucinating such was the discomfort and i was essentially a 13 stone hair-trigger piss bomb. The pain was agonising.

Anyway eventually we take off and get to altitude and the seat belt light goes out and I run (mince with my knees together truth be told) to the toilet.

I start what is without any doubt whatsoever, the greatest piss of my 42 years, and its going on for quite some time and yet it keeps on coming.

When all is said and done I have managed to almost brim the aeroplane toilet with recycled Gin, Beer and Champagne. By my reckoning the water level was about 1.5" from breaching its containment unit.

So I'm trying to work out just how much piss I managed to extrude in a single go. It was fking epic and this is the sort of st that Norris McWhirter needs to hear about.

Hence my question.

I reckon as below

12” across 6” deep into cm so 30 across and 15 deep
Halve the width to cover conical shape so d=15
Area of a circle is pie x r squared , r = 7.5
Area = 177 cm cubed
Volume = area x depth = 706 x 15 = 2649

In litres is 2.6l and 4.7 pints. Looking at one seems about right. That’s a lot of wee

Or something . Might be some school boy errors

I've had a similar issue OP - 4 pints in the airport before getting on a Ryanair to Dublin. Once the lights went out they wouldn't let me use the lav, despite being in agony. I've never been closer to wetting myself in public, would be even more embarrassing with a planeful of work colleagues. biggrin

Thanks thumbup

Disappointing though - I thought it was close to 4L. Roy Castle wouldn't tootle his trumpet for 2.6L I fear.

Not sure but interested to find out.

On a flight from Dubai to the U.K. I had a severe stomach pain followed by cramps. followed by concerns that my farting would become an avalanche of poop. Crabbing to the toilet, my ahole soon resembled a chocolate Angel Delight vending machine and almost brimmed the bowl eek

We've all (us powerfully built company director types), been there.

Nothing worse, whilst listing gently to port, after a brief trip to the lounge and thinking... Nah, I'll be alright, I'll go on the plane, then a hold whilst embarked. Though to fill the bowl is impressive OP. biggrin

Many years of corporate travel (not so much now) means that if I am on a plane and even think about going to the loo, I go. Otherwise, just when you want to, turbulence ensues, the seatbelt light goes on, then they keep it on just in case, then you end up stacking at Heathrow...

Many airliners can use the toilet output to keep the aircraft in trim. They can pump it in to different tanks whilst in flight using a feature colloquially known by pilots as the st splitter. So well done OP for doing your bit to assist the fuel efficiency of your flight laugh

Although I’m sure it was agonising I bet the relief and pleasure you felt when letting it go must’ve been eye wateringly incredible. Was it worth it?

I can't help with an accurate answer ...... but it must be somewhere between the capacity of a sick bag and that of a bin bag - and no where near the capacity of the bog in Trainspotting.
