RNLI Unrest ?

I have seen a couple of articles highlighting some unrest , sackings and resignations , even a whole crew resigning in the channel Islands and setting up on their own .
Complaints of overload of Health and safety form filling etc and loads of PC and inclusiveness twaddle .
Anybody experienced it ?

Problems of a charity becoming big business with highly paid management structure I guess. Loses focus of what it’s meant to do and alienates those doing the real work.
