Tuscan rebuild - recommended upgrades??

HI all,
I will be rebuilding my Tuscan (51 plate) in th next couple of months and I am just starting to plan what to replace/upgrade (Its been off the road for 8 years). I will probably go all in and take the body off and re-powder coat the chassis etc.
The obvious candidates:
1. Engine rebuild (I havent decided on standard or anything up to 4.5)
2. Suspension, I am going for Ohlins dampers, I have seen a lot about later front suspension to reduce bumpsteer?
3. AC retro fit
4. LSD - not sure what type yet either Quaife torsion bias or a ramp/plate diff
5. Gear box rebuild, I was thinking about droping the rear axle ratio (shortening all the gears) and putting a longer 5th in for motorway miles as I plan on using this a lot, daily commute etc. (I dont know if the parts are available to do this... I just thought it would be a good way to get more out of the car without going to the expenses of a engine upgrade...... (think VW 4+E box)
6. Rear screen, is there a bigger rear screen that seals better?
7. possible get the original door opening method working (the electric window switch method)
Any other recommendations or "must do's" while its in bits??
