Wow, that’s a proper boat!
Notice the description says engine cooling via tanks rather than seawater - is that normal for engines of this size?

I thought marine diesels ran open loop using sea water but sounds like the modern way is to use
Closed loop fresh water

Looks like that boat is on Caledonian canal, if I looked
At pictures properly, so even open loop would be fresh water

The trick is to remodel the boat so it fits though the slot in the bit of perspex... how long would it have to be?

Isn't it a requirement for certain inland waterways in Europe? Same as not running the exhaust through the water.

Lovely looking boat though, bet that'll last forever.
