Car won't start

Ignition amplifier? Spark may be too weak?

Hi when was it last working ?
I know with mine if battery is not fully charged it will not start, I get a spark it turns over OK but it will not fire took me a while to figure it out

Agree with Tony. Is it a big old fat spark or just a puny little thing?

It was low on fuel.I put some in.I will charge the battery up

Are you sure you have fuel as I did this once and it was fine after I left the petrol station but 1/2 mile down the road it conked out and wouldn't start...The fuel pump and filter was full of crud...Just a thought...

Mmmm...could be lack of umph on the battery side then...Fuel...air and a spark = bang....So cant be much wrong....

Charged battery. Just turns over but not firing

When you say you have a spark...where are you checking that?...with a spare spark plug in each lead in turn..King lead from coil?...What plugs did you also fit?

I was trying them with a old plug earthing on the block.

Theres your problem.....My money is on the fuel pump

Yes but how much and from where..If the plugs are dry then there is no fuel coming out the injectors.....Is the plug in properly on the resistor pack?
The fuel rail will hold pressure and return anything over 36psi due to the holding pressure of the fuel pressure reg....If the rail is priming when you move the AFM flap with ignition on then the pump sounds okay...
