Taxis in Monaco?

We're heading to Monaco next month for an event at Villa La Vigie, which is a couple of miles to the east of Monaco, and wondered how easy it would be to get a taxi from the centre of Monaco.

Are they easy to find, or is it better to pre-book a car and driver from a limousine company?

Pre book, it's not like the UK where you can flag them down.
