Me and a colleague have just been reminiscing (sp.) about when not only the name and model of a car appeared on its boot/rear, but all the features as well.
I might be wrong about this first one, but I'm sure I remember an old Celica with the following legend (ALL of it on the boot!):

Toyota Celica SE TwinCam 16valve Sport

There's got to be longer though...

Well of course the cap-backwards guys love to put all their stickers on, but I reckon the KING has to be the Mitsubishi Galant VR4 '89-'93 where on the lower part of each back door is displayed the following:
2.0L Twin Cam, 16-Valve, Intercooler Turbo, 4WD, 4WS, ABS ..... if you can say that all in one breath then you're doing well! Those crazy japs

That's just a list of what's fitted - the Japanese love that.

For an actual car name, how about "Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evolution III"

I think the award for the longest name must go to the Daihatsu Mira (Cuore) TRXX R4 Avanzato Type R.... and YES it does exist.... my mate drives one.... it's a little shytebox :P
