Hi all,
Anyone split a Metro 4 pot caliper?
Seems various chat on the web about it, pretty much polarised opinion on the matter, some say no way (including HBOL) and some say its simple.
The reason I want to do this is to give them a good clean, replace all the seals, swap the pistons for stainless ones, paint 'em up and replace the two pots.
There is apparently an inner seal between the two caliper halves but I cant seem to find it on the Minispares site, are these readily available?

Its ok to spilt the cailpers. nothing to worry about as long u get new seals and clean the surface...
important thing about doing cailpers up is keep everything clean.
