Expansion tank
Discussion
Plenty of alloy tanks on evilbay with the '15lb' cap. I think its 15lb.
You could take the opportunity to simplify the plumbing - reverting to the arrangement used in the SD1. Needs some plumbing peices but not that expensive and fairly simple. Removes the potential air lock induced with TVRs arrangement along with a couple of pipe runs.

Mark has a very shiny one, which I'm sure he'll post up at some point....
Pressure rating is nominally 15psi however I'm running 16 psi. There are several companies who make and sell shiny Capri expansion tanks, as below. It is the 2.8i Capri model it's off. They do come up on evilbay regularly and go for £30 to £40. There is one on at the moment but at £75 for a tatty looking thing!
Company is nothing to do with me (Big Al)

OR
Get rid of the Swan neck thing and the expansion tank and modify to early Griff / Chim spec
If you have power steering you will need to modify the Griff / Chim tank
Pics below (nb the little pipe off the top of the rad can be just blocked off)
Check out the pics of engines on the early chims / griffs and you will get the idea. It’s much neater
