I've nominated Incorrigible, but i guess if he's not on today, after a period of inactivity somebody will have to step into the breach (and that isn't a lead into the next part of the plot)......

Can I nominate Plotloss as a proxy for Incorrigible ?

He did, but only after you posted so I think it's a bit like salvaging a deserted ship.......

I don't think the use of Jack Regan is historically correct, but it flows and I think it should stay (IMHO)
