Springs are probably best done in pairs. The standard S springs are rising rate - www.tvrcarparts.com may be able to supply these.

For non rising rate springs - www.avouk.com or www.needforspeed.co.uk amongst others.

What shocks have you got on the car, are they aftermarket or original?
When you know the answer to that, then you can go to either TVR car parts for the orginal rising rate springs or Avo or whoever.

If you search the S forum for Coil Springs it returns a vast amount of very useful info.

Thanks for the help
The car runs on standard springs and shocks which is the way I would prefer to keep it if possible
