Hats off to M Shumacher, even though I think he's a smug git.

I still don't understand how he made up about 25 secs.

Great to watch, eh?

W.T.F. were ITV thinking, I mean, as the leading pair who were having possibly one of the best scraps in F1 for almost a decade came to start the 3rd from last lap, we cut to commercials, and miss TWO LAPS!!!!!

I mean, TWO LAPS!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't they have waited until the slow down lap? They'd have got the cars coming back into Parc Ferme then and the drivers emotions.

Someone, upon high, at ITV Sport really needs a slap for this. It's a complete farce and shows just how inept and misunderstanding of F1 ITV really is.

Even Jim (I know sweet FA about F1) Rosenthal said that they were going to show the last three laps after the podium ceremony.

I don't want to watch them after the race, I want to watch the (supposed) live coverage during the race you tosser!

Absolutely outrageous to go for a break within the last 5 laps and return on the final lap. They wouldn't do that during a football match.

Personally I shall boycott any advertisers featured during this break. I am in the process of emailing them to point out how unacceptable this is and they are party to it.

this pisses me off. they do it all the time. always in the last few laps, they get as many ad breaks in as possible and ruin the viewing.

the reason there are less people watching it on tv? ITV AD BREAKS.

ffs

I got slightly annoyed when they took adverts earlier and we missed MS`s pit stop - did they not forsee that it was coming?

ITV are a joke.

Bring back F1 digital.

ditto and already posted this on the other thread

I swapped over to Radio 5 Live on SKY so didn't see who advertised in the break - but if we want a real impact on ITV - then email the advertisers and give them hell !
If anyone can remember the advertisers stick a list up here and I'll try and find the right people to complain to.

Bastards.
And why don't they showing the Sunday morning qualifying on ITV2 or ITV3? I had a quick look and all they show is The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes at that time. Surely F1 would bring in more viewers?

Watched it on SuperSport (in Ghana). Same ITV coverage (including Allen and Brundle) but no ad breaks.

Instead they reduce the screen from time to time and show adverts in the borders. A fine idea.
