Audi SQ5 or S8

Ive a remaped SQ5 2014 , Mint with all the Audi extra,s, But got a chance to swop it with cash, For a 65 plate S8 (its mint) and fast, What do I do ????

Is the S8 a 4 seater only?
Also what sort of things do you carry in the boot? Saloon is more restrictive and possibly he rear seats do not fold.

There are 5 seats in S8 however middle one at the back is not comfortable. Rear seats don't fold.
