It looks like this one has full gates

Was it here with self operated gates?

I think that was the first link and the poster was referring to the last one which was a separate incident.
If it's this one, it says he opened the gates http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-suffolk-43...b

Seeing as no harm was done that's an obscene sentence.
If you want to keep cars off the track put some bloody gates up!
There were gates, the article says he opened them.If you want to keep cars off the track put some bloody gates up!
What you have to do is make sure there isnt a train coming before driving through.
There are no half barriers or wigwags so to convict dont they have to show him going through a red light
Is this a red light, lower right? or a reflection in a window?
Are you sure the conviction is not for going through the crossing but for driving while banned?

I'll go off the article and presumably the evidence the court saw which says he ignored warning lights.
Still a mysteryI'll go off the article and presumably the evidence the court saw which says he ignored warning lights.
The warning signs may just say dont use the crossing when theres a train coming.
Its probably your first point that hes been caught on video driving while disqualified

It's really not hard, try reading the article next to the video. It's only a few lines and it mentions him ignoring lights warning of an approaching train.
Yes I saw that Eccles but theres a chance they may not have been workingThere must be a video showing the warning light at danger with him passing through - is it the light in the image posted above?
