1.4 TSI CAXA 122 - Engine problems?

Hello!

My engine seems to be having issues starting please see the video. I am sorry about the quality.

It does eventually start and the lights will go off but if it is left to idle the CEL will blink after 5 minutes.

Yesterday The CEL & EPC light stayed on.. the car was shaking/misfiring? and if i tried to put my foot on the accelerator it didn't do anything at all... had no throttle response.

Tried again 30 Minutes later and it started.. lights off, drove fine with no noticeable loss of power.

I then went and got a cheap code reader and managed to get a code. PO302 P (Misfire on cylinder 2)
I have checked and replaced coils and spark plugs, didn't resolve the problem.

Since the outside temperature has risen the starting problem seems to have gone? for now.

I am now thinking its the injectors?

I'd say camshaft adjuster/ variator

Had the same problem my CAXC 1.4 TSI years ago and that was what needed replacing. It would also regularly make a sharp rattling noise at startup. Had the chain and tensioner replaced at the same time for piece of mind.
