Honda Civic Type R GT (FK2)

Always fancied one of these and recently bought one. Mine is a 2015 GT model with 17K, looking forward to getting a few miles under it when this snow finally goes.

I do like the grey but I got a cracking deal on a Milano Red that I couldn't pass by.

Mine's a 15 plate sitting on 6k...I think I may need to get out and drive it more.

These cars are definitely a 'marmite' kind of car, negativity on forums doesn't bother me as beauty is in the eye of the beholder I've worked at the Swindon Honda Factory where these were made and I've always liked them, I've potentially worked on my own car at work (eekk). With the newer FK8 now in production I think the looks of the FK2 to the eye has softened, imo of course. Maybe a future collectable with only 2249 UK units built.

Hi no they are a stainless system built by RCG and are louder/ deeper than the standard system, always thought the sound didn't match the looks.

Just an update on the FK2, still love it to bits and it's now on 21K and just had it's 1st MOT and 3 year service. Flew through the MOT, recently fitted a Remus throttle responder, seat bolster covers and a K&N air filter. Prices seem to be holding well too!
