yes, that's locked to 3 cars though if that's ok. it's all I have and it still reads over revs on other cars anyway.

Durametric in the US reset mine FOC after I'd used the 3 "lives". I was quite impressed as they did it remotely without me needing to send it back to them.

Limitation with this one is that it cant do all ECUs' coding, such as Cayenne air suspension. Only the pro one can.
