RR for yank V8?

Been asked by mate of FinL for recommendations for a rolling road to set up a yank V8 (holley carb'ed) in a Cobra replica.

Last time on RR (don' know which one) it alledgedley had 460bhp... anybody got any ideas on somewhere in, or not too far from, the East Midlands?

I did offer that if it was further afield, I would take the car for him, but he didn't seem very keen
