Live down the road..

No speed cameras really round here if you're coming off the M3 or A3

The cemetery? Dead centre of the town, I think.

The A322 between the M3 and Brookwood is quite a nice sweeping A road if it is quiet, with a good run on the lights from J3 of the M3 you can line up for a little oversteer onto the 322 and then off.

The roundabouts you get to are a little challenging, the first one is a strange dogleg affair and with a little effort could get an RX7 sideways.

I imagine all this to be the case, I have never driven any of these roads on my regular trips to Bisley Camp. Obviously.

Actually the A322 between the M3 and Brookwood is not a good bit of raod for enthusiastic driving. There are several roundabouts, junctions and traffic lights. The A322 from Brookwood towards Guildford is better and there are other surounding roads too.

Too straight and boring road to Mytchett and thru Pirbright-Aldershot better. Better still go out to Chobham and also the back roads round Sunnigdale/Ascot

Well, if one wants high speeds, Cemetry pale is good. Its not called the Ton straight for nothing.

Over the hills to Aldershot is great though.

Am i right in thinking that at one time it was the biggest private cemetary in the country?

It was built to house the overspill from London i believe, hence the railway line.

it also houses many of the Great war's dead.

I was referring to your last point.

Try the roads on the other side of the A322 on the St Johns/Woking side

You won't have any fun on the way to Brookwood from the M3 but you can once you get there.
