Ombudsman help required

Is there an ombudsman that deals with letting agents?

I have found the one for estate agents, but they do not handle residential lettings.

Checked them out, but unfortunately the agency I am having difficulty with is not registered with them, so they have no authority over them.

It looks like I am off to the CAB then.
