Recently had mine retrimmed at ‘The Trim Technician’ just outside Blackpool (John & Katherine, both Ex TVR)
Competitively priced as well.
Message me if you want some pics of they’re work.
Was going to suggest this, they did a repair for me, not a TVR but they're very good. They're in Poulton le fylde which only makes a difference if you're local and don't want people to know you live near Blackpool. Competitively priced as well.

If you are in the South then TrimDeluxe in Littlehampton is definitely worth a call. He has done a few Tuscan's. I can't remember which Pistonheader's car he did, but it was exceptional.

What's 'the South of England'?
Are you wanting the whole interior retrimming or just seats and matts?
There's nothing special about a TVRs interior that would flumox any competent trimmer - IMHO. Indeed any trimmer that is at all hesitant I would walk away from.
There is more than likely a couple of decent trimmers near to you. Anyone who's main income is classic cars should be worth visiting.

Another big up for John and Kath The Trim Technician near Blackpool... Both ex Tvr John was on the production line so taking a TVR apart and putting it back together is 2nd nature for him. They must have done over 10 cars for me all outstanding jobs John can't do enough to help you and his prices are very competitive... Here's the last 4 cars he's done recently for me a 996 turbo an Alfa Spider S4 a Lancia Montecarlo and my Cerbera which was a fantastic job!
